Yes. Registers come in from Excel, and document sets can be bulk imported with their revisions intact, so an in-progress project can be migrated without manual re-entry.
Numbering follows your own convention — discipline codes, work-package segments and revision formats are configured per project. Every document carries its revision history, superseded versions and the transmittals it was issued on.
Access is controlled by user roles. Technical Office, Planning, Site, QA/QC, Procurement, Contracts, and Project Management each have access to the information relevant to their responsibilities.
Yes. Each project is a self-contained workspace with its own documents, workflows and history, and a portfolio view gives central oversight across every active project in the company.
Each construction company has its own isolated workspace. Project data is never shared across companies, and access is controlled through role-based permissions.
